We made what turned out to be an awesome smoothie for breakfast. Sometimes when you don’t really plan it tastes the best. Here’s what’s in it:
- Coconut milk
- Almond Milk
- 1/2 a Mango
- 1/2 C Pineapple
- 1 T Coconut milk yogurt (here’s the recipe)
- 1/2 Scoop vanilla whey protein powder (like this one or Dr. Axe’s)
- Spinach (about a handful)
- 1 T Chia Seeds
Use equal parts of coconut milk and almond milk. Put everything in a blender with some ice. Easy and delicious!
