Mango Pineapple (Spinach?) Smoothie

Mango Pineapple SmoothieWe made what turned out to be an awesome smoothie for breakfast.  Sometimes when you don’t really plan it tastes the best.  Here’s what’s in it:

    • Coconut milk
    • Almond Milk
    • 1/2 a Mango
    • 1/2 C Pineapple
    • 1 T Coconut milk yogurt (here’s the recipe)
    • 1/2 Scoop vanilla whey protein powder (like this one or Dr. Axe’s)
    • Spinach (about a handful)
    • 1 T Chia Seeds

Use equal parts of coconut milk and almond milk.  Put everything in a blender with some ice.  Easy and delicious!
